Joining the PTA shows support for your school and your child and makes it easy to meet other school parents. Some benefits of your Brinker PTA membership are:

• School directory (available to members only!) that includes information such as addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses to stay in touch with other Brinker parents
• Electronic Bear Facts Online , our weekly emailed newsletter, which will help you be a more informed, involved parent
• Voting privileges at Brinker PTA meetings
• Plano ISD PTA Council Membership
• Area 15 PTA Membership
• Texas PTA Membership
• National PTA Membership

The Brinker PTA provides opportunities to meet and talk with other parents who share common concerns. PTA also sponsors parent focused educational programs. Ultimately, PTA provides the opportunity to volunteer which contributes to the welfare of our children.

How can YOU join?

Annual sign up for PTA membership is done at Back to Brinker Day in August, or you may also obtain an on-line membership form. Simply fill out the form, make your check payable to Brinker PTA and return it to your child's teacher or the greeter desk in the front lobby. It's that simple! Single memberships are $10. Family memberships are $15. Your membership dues also include membership in the National, State & Area PTA's.  If you have further questions, you may contact the Brinker PTA Membership Chairman by sending an email to membership @ brinkerpta.org.

Your Path in the PTA

It is easy to get involved in the PTA. From volunteering in the classroom to chairing a committee and eventually joining the board - whether you want to volunteer a little or a lot, your time is greatly appreciated!
